Level 4 is the the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) classification for an autonomous mobile robot that "performs all safety-critical functions for the entire trip, with the driver not expected to control the vehicle at any time."

Since OTTO is a Level 4 autonomous mobile robot we thought we'd name the blog Level 4.

Level 4 will cover thoughts on self-driving transport and all things OTTO Motors.
