Jacob is a Senior Account Executive supporting manufacturers in the consumer packaged goods and food and beverage industries. He helps organizations scope and implement complex automation solutions, partnering with customers to deploy leaner material handling systems that solve their top challenges. Before joining OTTO, Jacob spent more than 20 years in the plastics and consumer goods manufacturing industry, specializing in centralized and decentralized automation solutions with a strong focus on AMR strategy. Jacob studied Engineering Technology at Ivy Tech Community College.

With 17 years of experience as an Applications Engineer in the industrial automation industry, he has helped organizations evaluate, design, and implement autonomous material handling solutions that improve material flow, enhance workplace safety, and increase operational efficiency. He has guided automation projects from early concept development through implementation in some of North America's leading and most demanding production environments.
